Evidence based practice in Health Informatics

This approach is quite new in the area of implementing clinical tools for handling patient data, information and knowledge.
I will be sharing some key papers that indicate the critical aspects to consider when using an Electronic Health Record, Electronic Medical Record and/or Individual Electronic Health Record ( these terms are commonly used in the same context however, they are different tools) for patient safety.
